After agreeing on the purchase of a new or used device with our manager, tell him the desired delivery address. If the goods are in stock, they will be sent to you on the same day or the next business day.
You can pay for the goods immediately or choose cash on delivery. In the latter case, payment occurs at the carrier’s branch after inspecting the parcel.
As a rule, the goods will be delivered to you within 2-3 business days. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number, by which you can always find out the location of your parcel.

Usually, we send the goods on the next business day. In rare cases, there are exceptions to this rule; if such a situation arises, our manager will call you and discuss the details.
Standard delivery across Ukraine takes 1-2 business days.
We give three days to inspect used devices. If you find a hidden defect, bring the device to us, and we will solve the problem.
The return policy for new devices is regulated by the Law on Consumer Rights Protection.
