Restart invites candidates for the vacant position of ‘B2B Sales Development Manager’.

Requirements:

• Successful experience in active B2B sales of IT equipment (Dell, HP, Apple, Huawei, etc.) for at least 3 years;
• Advanced skills in negotiating and attracting new clients;
• Market knowledge, social activity;
• Strategic thinking, energy, positivity;
• Experience in building a sales department;
• Experience in tender sales;
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing;
• High level of self-organization, time management skills, attention to detail;
• Proactivity, purposefulness, result orientation;
• Preference is given to candidates with English proficiency not lower than Intermediate.

Responsibilities:

• Organization of active sales of a range of services for business (equipment, service, buyout);
• Development of the client base in Ukraine (active sales, search – development of business relations with new clients);
• Full cycle of transaction support from presentation to closing of receivables (business meetings, preparation and conduct of service presentations at the client’s site, negotiations with the client, conclusion of contracts, supply support, control of mutual settlements);
• Fulfillment of the approved sales plan;
• Formation of commercial offers and presentations for clients;
• Preparation of documentation and participation in tenders for the supply of computer equipment;
• Interaction with other departments of the company: sales, marketing, technical support department;
• Making proposals on the range of B2B products to increase the department’s efficiency;
• Providing reports for management.
